Curriculum Summari in ENGLISH


Cinta F. Agell was born in Barcelona in 1954.
At 19 she studied Fine Arts, first at the Tàrrega Academy in Barcelona and later with C. Muset. She also joined the Association of Water-Colourists of Catalonia.

She also studied “Pictorial Processes”, “Projects” and “Design” at the Arts and Crafts School ESCOLA D\'ARTS I OFICIS of Barcelona.
She uses several techniques, especially water-colour and oil.
She is a member of the Painters Group “Art i Color”, of the Associazione Centro Storico de Firenze, the Association Arts et Chevalets of Provence and the Accademia Internazionale “Greci Marino”, Italy.
Currently coordinator of the goup ART NOU .

She has earned several awards and Honour nominations.

She has exhibited her work in many individual and collectives exhibitions, in Spain and in foreign countries.

“Do Agell watercolor and oil technics and in both shows indentical expertise obtaining high results. When she paints water, colour comes to embellish her very precise drawings, and she pays special attention to the incorporation of white as part of the whole. As regards subjects, she likes to paint beaches, the sea, open spaces. This is one of her sides. Another one is intimacy, when she works with oils, painting floral and nature themes. The work of Agell is ever beauty and technical good solved.”
